Aik News: In the jurisdiction of Miryan Police Station in Bannu, Police and the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) conducted a joint operation in which eight Fitna al-Khawarij terrorists were killed while several others were injured.

During the operation, one police official was martyred while another was injured.

KP Police IG Zulfiqar Hameed praised the bravery of Bannu Police.

Recently, after the martyrdom of 15 personnel in an attack on a police check post in Bannu, Bannu Police has become stronger and more determined than before. Security forces are now closely monitoring every activity of Fitna al-Khawarij elements.

Fitna al-Khawarij cannot weaken the morale of the police through cowardly attacks; rather, such attacks further strengthen the resolve of the forces. Security forces will give a strong response to Fitna al-Khawarij.

There is no place for terrorism in any form in Pakistan, and no group will be allowed to disturb peace and target innocent lives.

The elimination of eight Fitna al-Khawarij terrorists by Police and CTD in Bannu is proof of the strong coordination and professional capability of the forces. These operations are part of ongoing large-scale operations against Fitna al-Khawarij operating under Indian patronage and Afghan bases.

The world should hold the facilitators and supporters of Fitna al-Khawarij accountable for directly or indirectly supporting these terrorist groups
