Terrorist safe havens in Afghanistan have drawn strong criticism toward the Afghan Taliban regime.

Afghan leaders have openly spoken out against the Taliban’s support for terrorist groups and the war economy.

Afghan politician Ahmad Massoud has exposed terrorist bases operating under the patronage of the Afghan Taliban.

Ahmad Massoud, a politician and leader of the National Resistance Front, strongly criticized the Taliban and said that the current situation in Afghanistan is a direct result of the bad actions of the Taliban regime. He stated that Afghanistan today has become a hell for its people but a heaven for terrorist groups.

Massoud said that just as Al-Qaeda and Osama bin Laden were once given shelter, the same situation is happening again today. He added that not only the TTP (Fitna al-Khawarij) but more than 20 terrorist groups are active in Afghanistan. He also stated that their hatred for the Taliban regime imposed on Afghanistan can never diminish.

According to experts, there is growing anger among the Afghan people against the Taliban regime for allowing Afghanistan to be used as a launching pad for terrorists.

Afghan citizens are reportedly frustrated with the Taliban’s authoritarian rule and the regime’s association with terrorism. It is no longer a hidden fact that Afghanistan has become a haven for terrorist elements.
