Born in South Bend on September 14, 1954, Whitlock’s career spanned decades, with notable appearances in films such as Goodfellas, She Hate Me, Chi-Raq, BlacKkKlansman, Pieces of April, and Cocaine Bear (2023).

On television, he left an indelible mark in The Wire and more recently, HBO’s Veep.
