Famous YouTuber Saadur Rehman, widely known as Ducky Bhai, has come forward with serious allegations of mistreatment and humiliation during his custody at the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA).

In a heartfelt video shared on his YouTube channel, Rehman described enduring physical abuse, verbal insults, and being used in a disturbing manner as a warning to a child during interrogation by a senior officer.

Saadur Rehman was arrested on August 17 at Lahore Airport while traveling abroad, accused of money laundering through a gambling application.

He spent nearly three months in custody before obtaining bail from the Lahore High Court and being released on November 26.

In his account, Rehman alleged that former NCCIA Lahore Additional Director Sarfraz Chaudhry repeatedly slapped him, used obscene language, and forced him into physically humiliating positions.

Shockingly, he said he was made part of a video call in which a child was encouraged to hurl abuse at him, in a bid to serve as an example.

He recalled being accused of “corrupting the children of my beloved homeland” and enduring relentless physical and verbal abuse during questioning.

Following these allegations and other controversies, Chaudhry was dismissed from service in September and, in October, the FIA arrested him along with six NCCIA officers on charges of misuse of authority and corruption.

This case has raised serious humanitarian concerns about the treatment of detainees, the accountability of authorities, and the protection of human rights within the justice system.
