The Rawalpindi Bench of the Lahore High Court has approved Engineer Muhammad Ali Mirza's bail request.

The court ordered him to submit two surety bonds of five lakh rupees each.

The hearing was conducted by Justice Sidqat Ali Khan of the Lahore High Court’s Rawalpindi Bench. Muhammad Ali Mirza is facing a blasphemy case registered against him in Jhelum.
