After years of experimenting with temporary pop-up events, streaming giant Netflix is officially stepping into the theme park arena with the launch of Netflix House, offering fans a permanent space to celebrate their favorite shows and movies.
The grand opening event took place on Monday, ahead of the public debut on Wednesday at the King of Prussia Mall in Pennsylvania, one of the largest shopping centers in the United States, spanning over 100,000 square feet.
Netflix House aims to create an inclusive and accessible experience for everyone, offering free admission while also featuring ticketed attractions like interactive experiences based on One Piece and Wednesday, virtual reality rooms, and a themed mini-golf course.
The park brings beloved shows like Bridgerton, Stranger Things, Squid Game, and KPop Demon Hunters to life, giving visitors a chance to immerse themselves in the worlds of their favorite stories.
Netflix plans to expand this initiative with locations in Dallas, Texas, opening in December, and a Las Vegas Strip park by 2027, each tailored to reflect its unique surroundings.
While the investment is significant, the company sees Netflix House as more than a theme park it’s a space to bring joy, connection, and shared experiences to fans of all ages.
This move reflects Netflix’s commitment to creativity, community, and accessibility, offering an engaging, interactive environment where stories are celebrated and fans can feel a part of the magic.
