Reflecting on the ceremony, Mahira fondly recalled, “My wedding began with a Dua-e-Khair, something my mother really wanted. The dua was done by Zehra Khala, Zehra Negha,” she said with a smile.

But it was her next revelation that truly touched hearts. With her signature blend of warmth and wit, Mahira shared, “Umar made the jora (wedding dress). That’s also a special one. I mean, I’m going to pass that on to my daughter-in-law.”
