Usman Mukhtar pens a heartfelt note for his wife on their 4th wedding anniversary

Actor and director Usman Mukhtar, celebrated for his powerful performances in Anaa, Sabaat, and Jafaa, has shared a deeply moving tribute to his wife, Zunaira Inam Khan, as the couple marks four years of marriage — a journey defined by love, growth, and family.

Reflecting on their bond, Mukhtar wrote a heartfelt note that beautifully captured gratitude and affection.

“A few days ago, I was looking at some old pictures from my teenage years — back when life was simple, with zero responsibilities and unlimited bad hair choices,” he mused.

“For a moment, I thought I’d love to go back. But then it hit me — I wouldn’t. Because no version of life feels right without you and Siera in it.”

Turning tender and candid, he added, “Zunu, I don’t say this enough — you keep me grounded, sane, and a little less chaotic.

Without you, I wouldn’t even be a hot mess. I’d just be… a mess, in Crocs, shorts, and that ridiculously oversized monkey t-shirt you hate.”

With heartfelt sincerity, he concluded, “You’re my best friend, my voice of reason, and my favourite person to annoy forever. I love you. Happy 4th Anniversary, Zunu.”

The couple tied the knot in an intimate nikkah ceremony on March 31, 2021, and welcomed their daughter, Siera Inam Mukhtar, on February 23, 2025.

Beyond being the wife of a celebrated artist, Zunaira Inam Khan stands out in her own right as a research analyst and humanitarian, currently leading the Afghanistan Programme at Islamabad’s Institute of Regional Studies.

Her work focuses on international law, human rights, and foreign policy, driven by a commitment to peace and regional understanding.

Zunaira has also contributed to global and local causes through Walk Free (Australia), the Mountain and Glacier Protection Organisation, and Fazilia Trust Pakistan.

She holds double master’s degrees in International Law and International Relations from the University of Western Australia, embodying intellect, compassion, and purpose.

Together, Usman and Zunaira represent a partnership built on love, respect, and shared values — a reminder that behind every celebrated face lies a story of humanity, humility, and heart.
