Sana Javed reveals fake ‘verified’ Facebook profile

Pakistani actor Sana Javed has raised an important alert for her fans and the wider public, warning about a fraudulent Meta-verified Facebook page impersonating her.

The fake account, using her name, photo, and even displaying a blue verification badge, has shockingly gained more followers than her official page.

The Khaani star, who is married to former Pakistan cricket team captain Shoaib Malik, took to Instagram to share screenshots of both her authentic and the fake page.

The misleading profile has attracted over 1.7 million followers, compared to her genuine account with 1.2 million, creating confusion for her supporters.

“This is a fake page, and I am unsure how it was verified,” Sana clarified in her story. She urged people not to believe, share, or engage with any statements or posts from the fraudulent account.

Sana added that she has formally reported the matter and escalated it to relevant authorities for swift action.

Her message is a reminder of the importance of digital responsibility and online vigilance.

In today’s interconnected world, fake accounts can spread misinformation, mislead innocent followers, and damage reputations.

By speaking out, Sana Javed is not only protecting her own identity but also encouraging her fans to remain aware, cautious, and united against online fraud.

Truth and trust must always triumph over deceit.
