Pakistan Women ended their Ireland tour on a high as Muneeba Ali produced a batting masterclass, scoring a brilliant century to seal an eight-wicket win in the third and final T20I at Dublin on Sunday, 10 August 2025.

Chasing 156, Muneeba played with confidence and authority from the start, reaching her hundred off 68 balls, decorated with 14 boundaries and a six. This was her second T20I century, an achievement that cements her status as one of Pakistan’s most dependable batters at just 28 years old.

Her innings was the anchor in Pakistan’s chase, as she built a match-winning unbeaten 101-run stand with Aliya Riaz. Aliya’s quickfire 39 off 27 balls ensured the target was reached in 17.4 overs, with 14 balls to spare. Muneeba’s knock also earned her the Player of the Match award.

Earlier, Ireland had set a competitive 155/4 after choosing to bat. Orla Prendergast shone for the hosts with an unbeaten 64 off 46 balls, supported by Gaby Lewis (36) and Amy Hunter (29). For Pakistan, Fatima Sana, Sadia Iqbal, Waheeda Akhtar, and Rameen Shamim took one wicket each.

Muneeba’s century not only avoided a whitewash in the series by Ireland but also reminded fans of her ability to deliver under pressure. With two T20I hundreds already to her name, she is expected to achieve even greater milestones in the coming years.
