The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has officially announced the date for the highly anticipated Malik Riaz property auction, which will take place on August 7, 2025, at the NAB Rawalpindi Office located in G-6/1, Islamabad.

This major event marks a significant move in the Bureau’s ongoing efforts to hold powerful individuals accountable and recover assets linked to high-profile corruption cases.

According to NAB, several valuable properties connected to real estate tycoon Malik Riaz will go under the hammer. These include multiple corporate offices situated in Bahria Town Phase II, Rawalpindi, the Rubbish Marquee and Lawn in Bahria Garden City near the Golf Course in Islamabad, and the well-known Arena Cinema in Phase IV, Bahria Town.

Other properties listed for auction include the Bahria Town International Academy located in Safari Villas I, and the Safari Club in the Safari Villas sector of Rawalpindi.

This Malik Riaz property auction has attracted attention nationwide due to the prime locations and commercial value of the properties. The auction is seen as a critical step toward recovering state assets and reinforcing the principle of equal accountability under the law.
