7 Pakistani Soldiers Martyred in BLA Attack in Balochistan

In a heartbreaking incident in Balochistan’s Mach area, seven courageous soldiers of Pakistan’s security forces embraced martyrdom in a cowardly bomb attack carried out by terrorists from the banned outfit Baloch Liberation Army (BLA), which operates at the behest of Indian intelligence.

According to a statement released by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the tragic incident occurred on May 6 in the Kachhi district. The terrorists targeted a vehicle carrying security personnel using an improvised explosive device (IED), leading to the loss of seven brave hearts.

The fallen heroes include Subedar Umar Farooq, Naik Asif Khan, Naik Mashkoor Ali, Sepoy Tariq Nawaz, Sepoy Wajid Ahmed Faiz, Sepoy Muhammad Asim, and Sepoy Muhammad Kashif Khan. These valiant sons of the soil laid down their lives in the line of duty, demonstrating unwavering dedication to protecting the nation.

ISPR stated that a search and clearance operation is currently underway in the area to track down and eliminate the perpetrators behind this heinous act. The military's spokesperson vowed that those responsible will be brought to justice and will face the full force of the law.

Terming the attack as "cowardly and despicable," ISPR reaffirmed the army’s commitment to ensuring peace and stability in Balochistan. “Such attacks only strengthen our resolve,” the statement read. “The sacrifices of our brave soldiers will not go in vain.”

The military further condemned the hostile intentions of India and its proxies, asserting that their attempts to destabilize Pakistan through terrorism will be foiled by the unity and resilience of the nation, its security forces, and state institutions.
